Types of Pest Control Service:

   Contract – The best way to remain pest free is to stick with a regular treatment program.  Recurring, pre-determined appointments will be made with the client, and ROSS will send the client a reminder.

                 Quarterly exterior service with 60 Day warranty; optional interior treatment.

                 Bi-monthly exterior only treatment with 60 day warranty.

  Commercial – monthly treatments with a 30 day warranty  

  Routine – ROSS will call every quarter to remind clients of treatment and set an 

     appointment; eligible for up to 60 day warranty depending on frequency  

  Per Call – clients call ROSS when they are ready for treatment. These are typically 

     one-time treatments for specific issues.  

  New Home Construction – pest control treatment during the construction phase of a 

     structure.  

  New Home Pre-Move In – a combination of interior, exterior, attic, eaves and overhangs 

     treatment
